Currently starting to plan a winter climbing trip in the van, sport and Boulder. want to do the 3months out of eu to extend it.

anyone spent an extended amount of time in a van in turkey and/or Morroco? 
how did you get on? And would you drive all that way to Turkey again? 

French Tourist visa dead easy to get. 6 months in France and additional 3 in the rest of Schengen. I did it for last winter. Once I arrived in France my passport wasn’t checked until I left France on my way back to UK. Chris Crags wrote a very thorough blog post on how to do it. 

Stayed in Turkey the previous winter but opted to leave the van due to distance of drive and took a tent. So cheap to camp at climbing hostels so I didn’t miss the van other than the comfy bed. 
 

Not visited Morocco yet but it’s very easy to get to from Spain and I’ve met plenty folk who enjoyed it in their van.
