I tried dialing the numbers given for the huts, I added the code for France - 33. I added the code for Rhone Alpes - 47, it keeps saying that these phone numbers don't exist! Please tell me what to do, I am calling from Bulgaria, stationary phone.

Dial them exactly how I typed them and you should be good.
