Hello. I have for sale our climbing training board and wall panels. I built this at the start of covid lockdown so me and the wife could keep our hand in... So its no longer needed now as were planning a garden remodel etc... It is housed in a large purpose build garden building / shed that i constructed for the wall. Over time the structure has started to suffer in places and needs to come down.... so the climbing wall panels and timbers behind are for sale. the main overhanging panel is approx the size of a moon board 3 metres long by 2.6m wide with a 30cm kick panel.. the side vertical panels make up about 4 metres long by 2.6m high.. the angle of the moon board is at 50 degrees.
All of the panels were build using good quality hardwood ply, with decent tee nuts and TX head screws.
Basically the whole building is coming down and will have to be completely taken to bits, as the frames etc are bigger than the door way at the back of our garage.
I'm open to offers on the rest of the structure / door / windows but it will need a decent sized van to take it away.
All of the timber is C24 tantalised so still has loads of life. most of the frame work is 2x4. I do know that there are areas of the base frames that have suffered some minor rotting.
All of the cladding is tongue and groove half barrel shape , which was nailed on, so might not be easy to remove.
The inner walls were lined with moisture resistant mdf boards, with insulation..
There is two double glazed windows and a glazed door available as well, (this is very heavy).
It is located North Birmingham.
Ideally I want to start the work in about feb / march, so would like this to be gone soon ish..
I'm happy to remove all the panels and holds ready for collection... The building removal will require a little more planning
