I'm intending launching a niche brand of climbing gear this year and as I did it largely myself I'm hoping I can get some guru advice on marketing and sales in the outdoor industry. Anybody out there work on the sales and marketing side? I am after a brain to pick to sanity check I havent missed anything ? Any sales guru's?

yeah that sites about where we want to be, our own little niche, some very interesting idea on their site with a similar ethos. Good link.
