Big up to V12 and Beta Climbing Designs

Just to say a big thumbs up for the service from both V12 and Beta Climbing Designs. 

Had a problem with some shoes bought from V12 and they were super helpful and helped me get a replacement pair from Beta.

Thanks both for restoring the faith!

Are they climbing shoes and if so, what brand were they? I would genuinely be interested in starting to use a brand that sticks to an actual warranty. No joke, the shoe company I have had dealings with are an absolute joke in this regard. I am sure people can probably guess who that is.
