Anyone got experience ordering direct from Patagonia??

Any feedback please?

Reviews on Trustpilot are not the best, but a couple of items I would like to order.

I've ordered direct from them a couple of times with no problems and quick delivery. On the last occasion I sent the item back, got a prompt refund and ordered a different size

I've ordered direct from them quite a few times, and the service has always been great.

I’ve purchased loads off them. 

It always turns up in a few day, and is easy to return if it doesn’t fit.

No complaints from me.

Ive bought direct from them three  or four times, including a return, and never had a problem.

I'd be wary of bad reviews being hokey - their position on environmental issues makes them a target for other actors

I've ordered many times over the years - so far always good. The one return I've done was also fine
