Stupid question, but...
I went into Snell Sports earlier today to find a new pair of Mythos (old shoes are kaput). They don't have the men's shoe in small enough sizes but they do stock the women's version in the right size, which the guy in the shop recommended. He was adamant they're the same shape and fit, just in a different colour. I have no reason to disbelieve him, and I can't say I noticed any appreciable difference when I tried a pair on.
Does anyone know what, if any, the differences are between the women's and men's versions - or are they the exact same shoe but in a more interesting colour? I've worn Mythos for the past decade, and I'd hate to find after a few climbs that they do actually fit differently or feel different. I hate change...
