Can anyone identify this scramble on grindsbrook? Grade 2 exit?

Roughly 60 metres along the final right at the final section of grindsbrook clough. It seemed like a fairly easy grade 2 scramble but I have found no info online about it.

That's on the left as you're heading up?

I'd read about it somewhere where it was indeed given a 2. I think after that initial step there's an easy bit then another step. I keep meaning to try it...

It gets a mention here (after the parts about Crowden Clough)

I’ll give it a go soon! right up my alley as I’ve done almost all grade 2/3’s in the peaks except arpeggio gully (yet) so I’m really looking for new things to try in the area. Thanks for the response

What Jon said. It looks like what I did years ago with my parents. I think we just said ' that looks fun, shall we do it?' and we did it, and it was fun! Enjoy

Going up Grindsbrook, at the final steepening, the 'tourist' route continues leftwards, a bit loose and muddy, and a much better scramble heads right, (I think that's your photo).
Going up this scramble is Grade 1, but about halfway up there is another branch leftwards, a bit steeper and is Grade 2.

It's this: Left-hand tributary (summer) (Grade-2)

What a shame it's not called "The Exit Cracks".  Would add a feeling of great adventure

In reply to wercat:

I'm assuming that's supposed to be sarcastic? It's 6m of easy scrambling followed by a stream bed. It's quite good fun to make a walk/run more interesting but Great Adventure it is not!

not at all sarcastic.  Over the decades I can think of many outings with friends/club members that have included scrambles where someone has made reference to some famous bit of mountaineering, in fun, not sarcasm.
