Easy but spectacular walks in the Dolomites.

I find myself partially and hopefully temporarily incapacitated whilst exploring the Dolomites. So all the via ferratas I'd planned are out for a week or so.
Can anyone recommend any areas where I can get some very spectacular easy hikes?
I have a car so am fairly mobile. Currently near Trento.

This is one where the spectacular view is above you rather than beneath your feet.

Depending upon whether or not you've already seen the South Face of Marmolada from close up - and getting a good view from a distance isn't easy - might I suggest the path from Malga Ciapela that goes up past the Falier Hut to Passo Ombretta, probably returning by the same route with optional refreshment breaks in one or both directions at the hut. To make it longer you could carry on down the other side of the pass below the SW Face to the Contrin Hut. That South Face is huge and impressive, and showcases cutting edge climbing in the Dolomites throughout the 20th century. (I'm sure you know this.) For best effect you might contrive to be there during heavy rain when the runoff, funneled down various large concave areas into constrictions at their base, erupts in spectacular water spouts from the lower reaches of such routes as the Vinatzer and (I think) Cinquantenario Fisi ('Gogna'). You'll probably be soaking wet - but happy not to be 'up there'!

Seceda

Cable car up. Wander as far as you like in spectacular meadows, with a knife edge ridge.

The Tre Cima area from the road head is in your face spectacular.

Alta Badia around Corvara. About as spectacular as it gets, very extensive lift system, great rifugios all over the place, good public transport. Get yourself a summer lift pass and fill your boots: https://www.altabadia.org/en/summer-holidays/lifts/summer-lift-pass.html

Watch the weather. There are severe to extreme warnings all over Central‑Southern Europe for the next few days, after the big Med heat dome finally collapsed.

I did this in July after an injury last year. We were based in Ortisei with no car so mostly just took cable cars up places to be in stunning mountains with lots of sitting down and eating Strudel.

Agree Seceda for a potter. It really is stunning. Lots of rifugii.

Alpe di Siusi is often recommended but I found it quite dull and wished I was on a bike, so I'd give it a miss.

Get the coffin lift up and down to Forcella di Sassolungo if you want to just be in the mountains but sit down in the rifugio and eat cake. Down (or plus) side, you may need to watch other people climbing and on via ferrata right there (we touched the rock longingly...). We got a one way ticket and walked back down to Sella Pass with stunning views, but it's steep and feels a bit loose - fine with good boots and all downhill; less fun with a vestibular migraine at the time... The lift is an experience - getting thrown into a moving box by a strange man - I don't know whether your injuries would preclude that...

I also hear the Adolf Munkel trail to Geisler Alm mentioned but not done it. It looks nice.

Enjoy.
