Not been up to Pavey but looking up to Dow its all clear and just going out of the sun. Lovely day.
Pavey can be really pleasant to climb on in winter , just need a sunny calm day. Only for a few hours midday though !
If its clear and sunny from sunrise, Jacks Rake should most likely be dry after say 9.30. Might still be damp/ verglassed in any shady bits however. Best look on Weatherline for freezing level forecast.
