Well options include a cheap pair of extendible poles, or even some s/h ski poles if you're keen to save and need long non-adjustable poles.
I think the question is more "how tall are you and how long should the poles be?".
Traditional teaching is unless you are doing nordic walking/skating then with elbows bent forward perpendicular to your body, the hand can grasp the baskets with the grips on the ground.
I'm a shortass at 5'7 and 115 is good for me, 125 for XC skiing. On steep ascents I might shorten them a bit and vice versa on the long steep descents.
Sportpursuit occasionally have half price Lekis. I find non-collapsable poles a pain in the backside every moment that you aren't actually holding them in use so have never bought any.
Should you win the lottery then https://durstongear.com/products/iceline-trekking-poles will be your destination. I see SP have three section adjustibles for 25 notes or the silva carbon running poles for 50. Your local friendly retailer will be the best bet for trying some out.
