Hi everyone,

I hope I posted in the right forum. I am looking for a base to build cannonballs or grip balls or bombs or whatever you call them of 80, 100 and 120 mm in diameter.

Ideally, I aim to get something that resembles the Atomic bombs (https://www.atomikclimbingholds.com/xl-bombs-6) or these (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Chen-super-Cannonball-Training-Exerciser-Strengthe...). Most of the commercial items I found become extremely expensive as the diameter increases and I am not willing to buy 2 balls for £60.

I initially looked for wooden balls, but if not too expensive, the shipping cost put me off. I saw people making them from baseball balls, but I could not find all the diameters I need. I considered cheaper round post tops, but the diameter is an issue again.

Anyone has another comfortable and affordable round base in mind I could use?

I don't know which country you are in, but I found these 80mm wooden balls.

Thanks Timmd, I had found this site, but where I live, the shipping cost is a third of the total price... Instead, I found an oversized baseball ball of 14 inches in circumference that is available on amazon for an reasonable price.
