Having major problems with email disappearing when sent through Orange (Freeserve) and Easyspace. This has been going on since around Thursday last week. We've run several tests with lots of different computers and different email accounts and domains and it seems sometimes with a batch of test emails only certain addresses sometimes get through. The rest disappear into a big black hole. We've contacted Orange and Easyspace support and both say it's working ok on their side. Noticed tech news on BBC website mentions software patches for Cisco network routers being started around the time the problems first appeared. Does anyone know what's happening. Orange now seems to be down.....!!!!
That would be freeserve, orange, wanadoo. Good luck trying to get anyone there to do anything about it. Big chunks of the world will be rejecting their mail, the rest will be marking it as spam. Spamhaus are one of the oldest and most respected rbls.
This has been happening with me, for the reasons you outline. From what I can see, my only option is to move to another provider, and I'm not sure I can be bothered with the hassle.
