Just wounderin if anyone can tell me if Bayonet Cooker Gas Hoses just come in the one size (1/2 inch) befor I buy one?

In reply to Simon Lyons:
As far as I know they are standard. Certainly the 1/2" size is by far the most common and readily available.
Make sure you seal the thread with an appropriate sealant and test the connections with some leak detector fluid when you switch the gas back on.

In reply to Simon Lyons: just make sure it's the correct bayonet fitting, there are two types, an internal and external, i had the problem of the wrong hose was on my cooker and it cost me £20 for a new one!!!!!

In reply to Simon Lyons: You need to be using gas tape, approved to use on gas fittings, it's different from PTFE. Or a paste based gas sealant.
