i bought some bits off them a few years ago with no issue (although i didn't return any items) so they are at least a real website/shop. I suppose you already knew this as you did receive the trousers though. I think they are based outside of the UK which could have something to do with the communication problem, best of luck

Pretty sure they are a real company as I went into their store in Chamonix a few years ago (probably 7 years now).

I think I read on a post somewhere (might have been a Facebook group) that they are going into administration and had been having issues for a while, particularly with returns and refunds. Can't cite my source however.

There's a bricks and mortar shop in Lyon, always good value. I didn't know they were going into administration, might have to go down and see if they are any bargains. Although in general the french seem to be bad for sales discounts!

Bought some skins from them last year and everything went smoothly.  Can't comment on returns handling/going into administration

I don't know how true it is, I'm pretty sure I saw it mentioned in a couple of comments of a Facebook group about skiing, on a post complaining about issues with their returns process.

I've bought from them before without problems too.  Shame if the company indeed has gone into administration.

I've bought from them no problems, but also never returned anything, but I did return an item to trekkinn once and got no answer back and found out it got lost in the post but didn't pay extra for insurance.Since then I always cover myself.

Reviews on trustpilot are split into two it seems. The ones that got their orders and all fine and those involving returns/contact/etc.

The ones where a return/refund is involved are all one star in recent months. All say no communication, no refunds. The last time the company responded to any one star reviews was 31st Dec re the .co.uk site. Negative reviews also re the .com site.

It looks like they must be in trouble of some sort, so probably you will not get any response from them, at least meantime. No idea what happens in France if they do go into admin and whether any response or refund will happen after that.

If you paid by CC you may be better starting a S75 claim as a safeguard to not getting a full refund at any point. You will need evidence of return and all communication with the company. If debit card paid, contact your bank for help and see if chargeback possible.

I had to return a faulty bag that I brought in store via post a few years ago with them. It took well over a month for the bag to get back to them and ended up refunding me because they said as its taken so long just to get the bag they wouldn't know when I would get it back.

The communication was slow but they will sort you out based on experience.

I sent a helmet back to them in mid-January, and they are still fobbing me off.
