I do, because I'm learning another language, which is rather difficult and complicated. I understand that it's difficult for it to know what you mean sometimes, but if anything it should be able to do logical things like stick the right noun case ending on, which it often doesn't. Perhaps I expect too much.

Probably. It has come on leaps and bounds since the early versions.

Personally I'm holding out for a Babelfish like in hitchhikers guide to the galaxy.

Until then it's google translate and english spoken loud and slow.

My wife has just translated that for me!

For me it's Russian spoken badly, in (apparently) a German accent, with long, gormless, stares into the distance between words.

In reply to kean: One of Philip K Dick's books had the main characters playing a game using a translation machine. They'd translate a phrase into another language and back and see if the other could guess what the phrase was.
Maybe I should start here...
