We well know the benefits of climbing, it is social, builds fitness, grows self-esteem, self-awareness and is as challenging mentally as it is physically.
BIC Fest aims to show how accessible and available climbing is to those who are deaf, disabled or who find access to adventure sports challenging. The two day event will include a mix of free tasters, tours, presentations and guest speakers and is a great opportunity for people to see what climbing is all about.
You might not be disabled yourself but you may know someone who is and who could benefit from this great opportunity! So please, spread the word and help develop the climbing community.
Thursday 28th August – 12 – 8pm – The Climbing Academy, Charlton Street, Bristol
Friday 29th August – 12 – 8pm – Redpoint Climbing Centre, Grosvenor Road, Bristol
