Join our team! The Castle Climbing Centre near Finsbury Park, London is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic leader to take on the role of Café Manager for our vegetarian and vegan, customer service oriented, sustainable café in the Castle Climbing Centre.
You will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of the Café, including stock management, health & safety and hygiene standards, financial records and managing relationships with our suppliers
- Effective team leaderships of our Café staff, including rotas, regular 1-2-1s, staff training and development
- Sustainability management, ensuring the café follows our sustainable principles
- Café service: you will be expected to work in the café for up to 20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends
