Big Rock Climbing in Milton Keynes has a reputation for quality climbing and community spirit. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to climb regardless of age or ability, and our climbing is designed around progression, providing a pathway from first experience to elite performance.
We are currently looking to recruit centre assistants to work at both Big Rock Bond in Bletchley and Big Rock Hub in Kingston. As the first point of contact for customers, we are looking for practical, positive and motivated individuals to join our team. The positions available will be a mix of evening, weekend and some weekday shifts, with the potential of 30 hours a week.
You will be responsible for all the tasks involved in the smooth running of the centre, have a friendly approachable manner, and be keen to assist with all aspects of a busy climbing centre environment. The focus will be on providing excellent customer care and service, with attention to detail. You will be an excellent communicator with quiet competence, able to create an environment that is comfortable, sociable and fun for our customers. Ideally you will have experience working within the leisure industry and have the ability to express yourself with confidence. You will strive to encourage customers to return time and again.
