Centre Manager -
An exciting new challenge for an experienced hand! Answering at director level, the role is one of leadership and facility management. Senior Instructor (full/ part time) or Climbing Instructor (Casual and/or contracted)
We inspire lots people per week to either give climbing a go for the first time or to learn a new skill in order to take their climbing further. In order to achieve and improve these impressive numbers we need a passionate, hardworking and talented team of instructors, coaches and all round inspiring characters to pass on their love for climbing to others.
Freelance Climbing Instructors
We’re very lucky in and around South Wales to have a community of professional instructors and coaches who already fulfil part of our vision outside of Boulders. We’re always on the look out for these talented professionals to step in when we’re extremely busy and most importantly to help our current team who may be new to the world of climbing themselves to learn more and most of all, climb more. These freelance professionals help us set high standards of professional conduct and quality instruction.
