Boulders is looking for climbing instructors to join our Cardiff team. We have full time and part time positions available.
Boulders exists to inspire and help people to get into climbing, at the same time as supporting those who already climb. Our passionate team of instructors are on hand to inspire our customers at every point in their climbing journey.
The main responsibilities of Boulders instructors include:
Delivering the full suite of climbing products offered by Boulders
Actively engaging with our community to promote the world of climbing and the activities of Boulders
Actively working with team towards achieving long term Boulders mission
Ensuring the centre is clean and tidy and all relevant facilities checks are completed
The salary is £16,500 to £21,000 pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications.
You will also receive 28 days paid holiday (again pro rata).
You will also receive training benefits and support in gaining national climbing awards.
CWI or RCI Award
Experience teaching climbing to adults and children
A commitment to providing excellent customer service
A desire to continually improve and develop your climbing both personally and professionally
Clean DBS check
Foundation Coach and/or Development Coach Award
CWDI or higher
