WE HAVE TWO EXCITING VACANCIES!!

The Climbing Lab is a fast paced, customer focused bouldering centre. Applicants need to be ready to tackle the role head on serving a large volume of customers on a daily basis and as such previous experience is a must.?

The first vacancy is for qualified, experienced, freelance Instructors to deliver a range of children's activities.   Must have a CWA or previous site specific training and experience.

The second vacancy is for a Receptionist / Instructor. 

Main roles will include:

Instructing sessions for new and existing customers (Adults and Children)

Signing in customers and a supporting them when needed.

Serving teas and coffees (barista training will be provided)

Working on daily house keeping tasks

Providing assistance and information to customers making purchases from our shop.

Regular evening and weekend shifts

The successful candidate will need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Active climber with at least 2 years climbing experience.

• Previous experience working within a climbing wall
• NGB qualification (CWA or greater).
• To be confident using IT systems
