Substation Brixton is looking for an Operations Manager!
This is a great opportunity to work in a lead role, running the day-to-day operations of our brand new flagship centre in the heart of South London. The Role This is a key role within Substation Brixton, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service are maintained throughout the centre. The Operations Manager will work closely with our Management and Supervisors, supporting our team and ensuring the smooth running of the centre. The Operations Manager will ensure a great environment for both customers and an engaged and positive staff team, looking for continual improvement in our facilities and contributing to the future development of the business.
The Person The successful individual will need to be self-motivated and confident leading a team, with experience of working within the leisure and hospitality industry. A dynamic individual who is pro-active and solution-orientated, taking ownership of the role with experience of and a practical understanding of Health and Safety legislation, specifically within sports facility management. This is a great role for someone looking to develop in this industry who is already working within a similar or relevant role.
