RECEPTIONIST / INSTRUCTOR
A fast-paced, customer focused bouldering centre.
Main roles include :
- Instructing sessions for new & existing customers both adults and children
- Checking in members with correct waivers & supporting them with excellent customer service
- Completing housekeeping tasks and keeping a high standard of cleanliness throughout the centre
- Serving hot drinks & snacks
- Regular evening & weekend shifts
The successful candidate will need :
- Active climber with at least 2 years climbing experience, minimum V3
- Previous experience working within a climbing centre
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident using IT systems
- Desirable : NGB qualification, CWI or higher & First Aid qualification
