Location

Being based in the heart of the Lakes, there’s no reason you couldn’t grab a pre-work swim, get up early for a hike up Helvellyn or finish a shift and be on the rock for a few routes and walk off in the dark. Believe me, I’ve done it many times.

Perks

As a family company, we look after our staff. We know there will be long days and busy summers. So as you go through our onboard process there are milestone and rewards and for longer-term staff, we have a company bonus annual bonus scheme.

This job ad has been written by myself, Graham Hadaway. I’m the company Marketing Director and I’ve been working for Hargreaves Enterprises for over 6 years. I can say that the Lakes has a fantastic outdoor scene and you meet some amazing people, plus as a company, we're doing some really exciting things for those who want to work in the Hospitality Industry.
