Hi guys, hoping some one can help me out. Wondered if ban y gor would of survived today’s rain? 

I'm assuming it didn't escape last nights rain and it is incredibly humid at the moment so likely to be in a damp/greasy condition for a few days now. I don't think it will be much fun at the moment.

It depends, normally there's good tree cover and some routes stay dry quite well even in the rain. However the humidity will make it a bit slippy in general.

If it were me I'd go for a Sandstone crag today.

Ive been there on a route on the ladder wall as it was showering this time last week and didnt get touched. Climbed the rest of the day there OK but yeah imagine last nights right got to it.

In my opinion, this is not a good recommendation. If said sandstone crag had also got wet, the potential for damage to the rock will be massively increased as sandstone is considerably weaker when wet.

Find somewhere shady, away from tree cover and open to any breeze going.
