In reply to Jess C:
Probably not, try massaging it and it may help, next time it happens massage the injured tendon, i found it helped.

In reply to Graham Taylor: massaged it loads when i did it but cheers for advice anyway - just going to be stuck with a lumpy finger for life.

Join the club, am on the second round of buggered tendons, have already done all the A2 pulleys in my hands and some of the others too

In reply to Jess C: Yeah- Its pretty normal after an injury. Its not really a problem unless it feel very tight and hurts, in which case it needs to be removed. A physio will massage it bloody hard to break it down and then ultrasound it to settle it down.
