Advice is aim low - the grades are pretty savage, typically a half grade harder in the 4s and 5s. As in, 5 = 4+, 6a = 5+. Sometimes a Slavonian 6a+ can feel a like a Spanish 6c!
Crags around Lake Bohinj as mentioned would be the place to go.
Bohinjska Bela, which is much closer to Bled, can sometimes feel a bit "old school". There are some newer crags there but we found them a bit hard to find! (that said, we might have been working from an old mini guide that wasn't great.
Kuplinik is mostly better in the higher grades, but a good summer option.
