In reply to Tyco: Sounds like you are doing all the right things. Is your wrist or hand still swollen? If so, then you may not be able to climb. Your body is the best guide. Start by gentle stretches of your hand. If it hurts, don't climb. When you can twist your wrist, bend it back and forwards without pain, try some gentle strength exercises with small weights, therabands, theraputty etc. Theraputty is great in helping recover from these type of injuries as it allows you to do lots of exercise on your hand without stressing your hand too much. You can even exercise individual fingers or your thumb using it. It comes in different stengths (colour coded usually as yellow, red, green and blue) and you keep it in the fridge to keep it firm. When you think you are ready, progress to easy climbing on big holds (traverses etc). If it hurts stop. You don't want to turn a minor injury into a chronic one. Good luck.
