Trying to contact trad route first ascensionist

I am trying to contact either 'P Northcoat' and/or 'T Taylor', who did the first ascent of the trad route 'Nomad' in May 1977 at Blacknor Central on Portland, Dorset.

They also did 'Dreamer'. Northcoat also did 'Bag End' in 1975.

We are looking to clean the route (it's very dirty and loose) and retro-bolt it but we won't do it without permission from the F.A. 

Any help is much appreciated.
