There was a bit of an issue with the UKC servers that caused this. It's now been corrected. At the same time, there was an encoding issue that made certain text characters appear garbled. If you've been affected by either of this issues, the routes on your phone will not automatically update (this is UKC routes we're talking about - not installed rockfax routes from a package you've installed).
To update the UKC routes in your logbook on your phone or tablet, you will need to go to:
Home -> My Account -> Log out of UKC
then
Home -> My Account -> Clear Logbook From Device
then log in again. This will update all the routes using the new UKC data.
