Can't download crags as the app tells me that my account is inactive. Have logged in with the same account as I'm using here.

The free trial period ended on Monday. You now need a subscription to view all the content.

Thanks Alan.  Perhaps a more descriptive error will be an idea.

We are not allowed to write anything helpful in the error messages unfortunately. Apple are incredibly tight on information we give in the app about subscribing so we have to be very vague. Not ideal but it is much better that we have control over the packages now.

The more I learn about apples systems the more bizarre they seem.

I found the other day that you can only have two app signing certificates per organisation regardless of size which is fairly inconvinient when your organisation is an entire university.
