Hi 

Just re subscribed and all was ok.... downloaded 1 new crag, via the app.

Trying to download another and its telling me to sign in, but i already am signed in.......!

Tried multiple times,  even on different device and its not letting me access anything.

Please help!!

Hi there,

Sorry you've had some issues here.

I'm just looking at your account and it appears the problem might have been resolved? It looks like your bank might have blocked the payment until you performed a secondary verification step? That looks like it was eventually successful.
