Logbook not loading on app

When I sign in to the app my logbook isn’t loading, why is this? How can I sort this?

We're facing some issues with the endpoint that sends the details of ukc routes down to the app, which is probably what you're experiencing here.

My guess is that if you install any crags that include routes in your logbook, these routes will appear, but any non-installed routes won't.

Is that what's happening?
