I am having the same issue as I was facing last month where it was I'm not logged into an active rockfax/ukc account but I have set up a monthly direct debit. Can you have a look again please?

Hi Scott,It looks like you've subscribed as a normal UKC Supporter which doesn't include Rockfax Digital.I'll drop you an email and get you sorted out just now.Cheers,Martin
