Rockfax App Crashes after downloading a new Crag or Whole location using the cloud button. Running the latest update of Rockfax app - (Android 10 Huawai mate 10 pro)

Any advice on how to fix this would be great as it takes forever to download a new place

This isn’t my department, but if you go into settings and send the tech team a quick email I’m sure they’ll get back to you ASAP.

It happens on my version as well all the time. Martin at rockfax is on the case and trying to work out why it's doing it!  If you email from in the app, they get your log files as well and then can have a look and see what's happening.

Sorry about that. I'm away this weekend but we are aware of the issue and working on a fix. It's seems some crag dont install correctly sometimes and this causes issues with future installs.

I'll be back working on this tomorrow.
