Hi guys,

Trying to pre-order the new Dorset Rockfax hardcopy, I log in to the pre-order page and it shows the reduced price being applied, but when I click pay now it want to charge full amount (UKC Supporter+). System issue or just me...?

Hi Chris

I am not able to repeat this problem if I log in as you. There was a copy of the book in your basket when I did this though and it was showing at the discounted price. It might be a case of logging out and logging in again to clear any cache.

If you do still have problems then email shop[at]rockfax.com and Paul or I will look further.

Thanks Alan, it worked on a different computer (but interestingly not the same computer in a different browser), all sorted now
