Had my climbing gear stolen out my car last night!

Luckily it was just my indoor gear (rope, harness, boots etc) and not my trad/sport rack.

Absolute b*stards!

Grrrrrr

Sorry to hear that. Care to post details in case someone on here spots it for sale?

In reply to Dell:

60m 9.8 Beal rope (Lime Green) in a bright orange rope bag.

Pair of Anasazi Velcro and Blue HiAngles.

Orange Wild Country syncro (I think) harness. Fairly padded with lots of gear loops.

DMM boa HMS biner, BD ATC.

Plus Psychi chalk bag and bucket.

I will keep an eye out on ebay, gumtree and Facebook.

Well the rope should be easy to spot!

Good luck.

Profile says Manchester.

Maybe its a climber called Ben, rather than a climber who climbs Bens.

Unless you've got insurance that covers such thefts, never leave anything in your car, it's a shit lesson a lot of us get.  I had about £1000 of tools robbed once, and the other week, some scumbag put the window in for a loaf of bread.

Absofuckinglutely.

Don't give up hope completely though, one guy on here got his stolen mountain boots back from posting on here a short while back

I know.

I usually leave it at work or in the house, the one time you leave stuff in your car, typical!

No sign of it for sale yet, I checked the local area as well. I thought once they opened the bags they might just discard it if they thought it was of no use/ value.

For those asking,  a climber called Ben from Manchester, although i have been up the Ben
