In the Rockfax guide it shows 60metre abseils to descend. 

Is there an option to descend with 50's, or will I definitely need 60's?

We were there the other day and a team abbed down on 50's from the top of tumbleweed. 

There's always the tree at the top of Praying mantis pitch 1 to aim for too. That has decent ab tat and a maillon on it.

The rockfax guide says 60m from all points despite the left being considerably lower than the left. 

We discussed this on the day as we nly had 50's

Never had a problem with 50s.

Back in the day always managed with 150s ,46m.
