And how exactly have they been granted event licenses again??? 

I have no idea either. I did wonder whether they have sufficiently small numbers that they can avoid such crass needs as licences, but I not an expert in this. 

Surprised Garmin are still associated with them given that they dont seem to think the preloaded routes were much cop and hence needed supplementing last time round.

This shows just how heartfelt their apology regarding Arran issued (eventually) on 4th may was if these photo's appeared in a local newspaper on may 6th........its almost as if they didn't care.....

At that price I'd expect a gang of celebrities to carry each competitor round the course!
