Is there a usual month where Bolivian skiing is reliable? Is it July / August like Chile or does it have a funny rainy-season snowfall pattern like Peru?
Any advice, objectives, hints and tips appreciated!

In reply to mysterion: The Andes by John Biggar says skiing from valley only from August to October in latitudes 35 degrees southwards. Otherwise skiing is on individual mountains, March to May (end of wet season) in Bolivia but with significant crevasse dangers
