For the bigger multi pitch climbs around Scotland are there any bolted anchors for rappelling after the climb or along the route if we need to bail out due to weather?  Thanks. 

Yes / no / sometimes*.

* delete as appropriate depending where you climb. 

I would say almost without exception no. If you need to bale-out you will have to leave some gear.
