Hi all, I have a question regarding correct translation of a climbing term into Welsh.

Dwi eisiau cyfieithu 'slate', hynny yw y math o garreg, nid darn unigryw. e.e. "dwi'n mynd dringo fori ar y 'slate' ger Llanberis". Dwi methu cofio os taw 'llech' dyn ni'n defnyddion neu 'llechen', ond mae syniad geni taw'r ail un yw e. Unrhywun?

almost word for word as you intended I would reckon?

I googled welsh translation and got directed to the same site as you! It made more sense in Welsh!
