I'm bored of sweaty backs from wearing a rucsac while cycling, so it's time for rack and pannier.
What'd be nice though is a pannier that could be carried like a rucsac whilst not on the bike. I'm sure they'll exist, anyone have any recommendations?
Not too expensive would be good, about 30 litres capacity also good.
