Planning an epic this Nov and could do with some ideas,

Open to all locations (large walk in or not) for large multipitch (HVS or below) with a good wild camp location near by.....so much to choose from!!
In reply to tommakin:

Pillar Rock e.g. NNW Route. Camp on fine spur below Robinson's Cairn. But you'll be very short of daylight.

Eliminate A, soft VS, fairly long by uk standards and nice options for camping at the tarn or an hour or so down the hill near where you park. Downside is it might be very cold and damp!

In reply to tommakin: If you want an epic and don't mind a walk, go and do squareface and mitre ridge. Take a headtorch, and you might need a vest too.

Perhaps more sensibly, if the weather's kind, camp at StyHead and do something on Gable; Tophet Wall, for instance.

Esk Buttress. Trespasser Groove, Medusa Wall, etc., etc ...

Camp by the stream immediately below the crag. Gorgeous.

In reply to tommakin: South Ridge Direct should fit the bill nicely, great spot to camp at the bottom and great long, vaired route.

Carnmore. Long multipitches at VS and HVS. Really not sure about November though, depends on what sort of epic you're looking for.

In reply to tommakin: Main Wall (wet) followed by a camp in upper cwm glas (probably wet)

In reply to James B:

Agree. Carnmore would fit the bill perfectly. Weather could be troublesome though....
