Outside Ltd is one of the premier specialist outdoor retailers in the UK and is looking for an enthusiastic individual for the role of Website Sales and Customer Service Administrator. As part of the Internet Department you will be responsible for the efficient day to day processing of website orders, returns and enquiries.
The successful applicant will need to have office administration experience and great customer service skills.
Key areas of responsibility • Responsible for all orders once placed up until the customer receives the goods • Single point of contact for all telephone and email customer enquiries • Working with the Post Room assistant to ensure fast, accurate despatching of orders • Liaising with the Website Content Editor to keep the website up-to-date
Required Skills • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook • Strong office and administration experience is required • Great communications skills • Experience contacting customers and dealing with enquiries • Retail as well as office experience would be an advantage • Although not a requirement a keen interest in climbing and outdoor equipment would be an advantage
