Well are you allowed to do if you've got somesort of leash system keeping the axes attached to you ?

And if not, is there any plans to introduce something like that ?

I can't see any responsible wall allowing you to just come down and have a go on their normal routes.

At The Foundry we have specific holds for you to use when dry tooling - we don't want you trashing our expensive new holds with your axes!
We also have a number of safety procedures, to ensure the safety of climbers/belayers and of course other users of the centre.
