I don't really boulder that much but when I do go out I do fancy a mat for some of the higher stuff I've been trying.

After having a quick search on the net are the alpkit mats worth it for someone who isn't going to have a massive amount on wear and tear on a pad. Or is it a buy chep buy twice deal?

I only really boulder about twice a month.

The alpkit mats will be perfect for you. They should last ages with low useage.
