In poland at the moment with my girlfriend for christmas. We went for a walk and my girlfriend and she showed me where she knew people climbed. Though unfortunately she does not know much about climbing or where to get stuff. So I was just wondering if anybody knows about any polish climbing guide books for the krakow area

Try this;

It showed up quite a few crags when I typed in Krakow, Poland. It could be worth emailing the moderator of the crag for more info, you might even be able to hook up and get some climbing in

Skiing, sweet deal, hope you get some climbing in when you come back next.

For your next trip to Krakow you may want to buy this guidebook:

Should be available in climbing shops and there should be plenty of them in Krakow. The closest crags to Krakow are Dolina Bedkowska. Its sports limestone. The guidebook is in Polish, so you will have to ask your girlfriend to translate what is not clear from the pictures.
