I'm gonna stay in kind of guest house which name is Kalandraka.
my friend want me to hire a car but I'm not sure aobut that,I need it or not.

if we climb just in Rodellar, do I need a rent car?
plz, give me advices.

If you only want to climb in Rodellar then you DON'T need a car.
All the sectors are reached by walking.
Pete.
In reply to Pete O'Donovan:

like the man says, you don't need a car to climb. You'll have to sort out shopping somehow; there's a small and expensive shop in Camping El Puente, but you'll have to find a lift to a nearby town with someone for your main shop, or bring enough food to last...

Far be it for me to criticise, but I would have thought a month in the same spot would be "saturation" ? There are some fantastic places to climb within a relatively short-distance : Riglos, Vadiello, CienFuens, Monrebey, Montsec..............Perhaps hiring a car for a week would be a good idea ?

Likewise, there are many interesting places to visit : Alquezar, Torreciudad ( Opus Dei- not everyones cup of tea, but the architecture is stunning). Roda de Isabena.

I know the area like the back of my hand- I fish for trout in the Alcanadre !
